Cottagewood Senior Communities in Rochester, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant for all shifts. The role offers full-time regular hours with hourly wages from $18.00 to $23.00, plus shift differentials and benefits.

No experience is required, with opportunities for advancement and paid training. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, ambulation, and emotional support, while maintaining documentation and participating in in-service trainings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to prioritize, organize work, and adapt to changing situations.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Punctual with good attendance. English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as identified in the service plan.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and body mechanics.
• Support use of hearing aids and glasses; encourage activity participation.
• Provide physical and emotional support; observe changes and report."
• Complete required documentation daily and attend training as assigned.
