Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Report on duty at scheduled time for report and rounds.
• Follow service plans in providing services to residents.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist in developing and updating resident service plans.
• Monitor health, safety and well-being of residents.
• Document changes in resident status and care alerts.
• Keep environment safe and report concerns to nurse or supervisor.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and mobility.
• Promote resident independence and self-help skills.
