The Arbor Inn in Warren, MI is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to assist residents with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while observing safety and care standards.

You will report for duty on time, document on 24-hour reports, monitor residents' status, and communicate changes to supervisors. A state-approved CNA course and certification are required; professional conduct is essential.

Responsabilités

• Report on duty at your scheduled time for report and rounds.
• Report any problems, accidents or hazards to your supervisor.
• Promote safety to residents, self and facility at all times.
• Protect resident’s rights, safety and care.
• Medication Pass (If applicable).
• Vital signs.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, ADL’s, treatments and transporting to and from the dining room.
• Deliver and pick-up room trays and document on 24 hour report.
• Monitoring resident’s status and behavior.
• Report any changes in resident’s condition to supervisor.
