Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a Resident Care Aide to join our dedicated team at The Heartlands, Marlette, MI. You will provide compassionate care to residents, assist with meals, activities, and daily living, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid, and a genuine desire to support older adults, including those with dementia. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with older adults preferred; dementia care experience is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Develop and maintain an open relationship with residents through interaction, encouragement and support.
• Serve meals, snacks and beverages; assist with eating as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties within the community.
• Assist residents in organized activities and maintain records.
