Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on, respectful care for residents in a welcoming community. You will assist with daily living activities, escort residents to meals and activities, and support overall well-being under the supervision of nursing leadership.

Full-time schedule includes one weekend shift per week; English proficiency is required and prior geriatric care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Experience assisting elderly residents preferred.
• Comfort with handling daily living activities (ADLs).
• Ability to follow care routines and instructions from supervisors.
• Respectful and dignified approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
