Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on, respectful care for residents who call our community home. You’ll play a vital role in daily living activities and well-being in a premier senior care setting.

Full-time schedules include one weekend shift per week, with Tue–Sat or Sun–Thurs rotations. English fluency is required; prior geriatric care experience is a plus. Join a caring team committed to dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Experience with geriatric population preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines
• Basic understanding of dementia and patient redirection
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being
• Assist in Wellness area for safety and comfort
