Job summary

Hearthstone Senior Living is seeking care staff to provide routine daily care per each resident's care plan. You will greet residents, escort them to rooms, and maintain a warm, respectful environment. You will document all actions, report changes, and ensure confidentiality while assisting with mobility and daily activities.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in notes, and adherence to policies. Training is provided to ensure quality care and seamless team communication within the facility.

Qualifications

• Education: high school level or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Greet residents, escort to rooms, and introduce roommates and staff.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any changes to supervisors.
• Record entries accurately in notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities as trained.
