Job summary

Hearthstone Senior Living in Ellensburg, WA is seeking a CNA/HCA to provide routine daily care and services to residents under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director. The role requires careful documentation, adherence to care plans, and compassionate resident interaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, personal care, and preserving resident dignity while reporting changes and incidents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Ability to use PCC to access resident information.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents according to care plans.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Greet residents and escort them to their rooms, and maintain a warm, calm environment.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and transporting residents safely.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies on blood/body fluid exposure.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with daily personal care needs.
