Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide resident services in a compassionate senior living environment. This role includes personal care, meal support, and active participation in daily activities to promote resident well-being.

The position requires carrying out delegated duties, maintaining infection control, and documenting Resident information while communicating changes to the nurse and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles in providing services.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both speaking and writing.
• Maintains acceptable attendance and follows work schedule.
• Displays cleanliness and good grooming and follows dress requirements consistently.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly.
• Interacts in professional manner with Residents, public and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident services and activities as assigned.
• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, transfers and mobility assistance.
• Assist with meals and housekeeping for Residents.
• Observe and report changes in Resident status.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Record Resident information as required.
• Notify nurse of status changes.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
