Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL, is seeking a Part-Time CNA aide to support licensed nursing staff in caring for Assisted Living residents. Shifts run 7a–3p, with pay in the $15–$16/hour range, plus experience credit and shift differential.

The role includes tuition/licensure support and a comprehensive benefits package. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and help residents prepare for meals, while upholding Resident Rights and reporting any concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, hydration, hygiene, linen changes, and meal assistance.
• Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Serve as a stepping stone toward healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).

What You'll Do

• Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents
• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing for meals, and distributing nourishments
• Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect
• Serve as a stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.)
• Apply basic sanitation knowledge

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
