Job summary

Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living is seeking a Resident Attendant for a full-time 12p-12am shift. You will assist the nursing staff by performing routine resident care tasks and handling duties that don’t require professional training. This role supports successful aging and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents daily with bathing, dressing and undressing.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Assist in all physical and necessary needs of the resident.
• Perform dining service tasks such as serving meals and keeping water pitchers clean.

Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Resident Attendant [Full-Time, 12p-12am] whose primary responsibility is to assist the professional nursing staff, by performing routine duties in caring for residents. Performs tasks that do not require professional training or education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs various administrative duties and responsibilities, such as: recording all entries on flow sheets; reporting all accidents; answering phones; relaying messages; referring messages appropriately.
• Assists residents daily with bathing functions, dressing and undressing.
• Makes beds, changes linens.
• Assists in all physical and necessary needs of the resident.
• Performs a variety of dining service functions, which include: serving food trays, keeping water pitchers clean and filled, (in respite rooms only).

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid current CPR certification.

Experience:

Minimum Of 6 Months, Preferred.
