Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services, including kitchen preparation, food tray assembly and dining room service. You will ensure compliance with all guidelines and provide compassionate care to residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork with care staff and a commitment to resident well-being, with full-time benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in institutional food service is desirable.
• Orientation and regulatory training provided upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assembles room trays from tray line and places in room delivery carts.
• Sets up beverage and soup carts and delivers to dining areas.
• Cleans and resets tables for next meal service.
• Carries soiled linen to laundry.
• Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
• Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, and canned juices as needed.
• Restocks food deliveries and rolls silverware.

Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Dietary Aide whose primary responsibility consist of performing dining services duties including kitchen preparation, food tray preparation and dining room service. Ensures compliance with all legal and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembles room trays from tray line steam table cook and places in room delivery carts.
• Sets up beverage cart and soup cart and delivers to skilled care dining room. Serves residents
• Cleans and re-sets tables for next meal service.
• Carries soiled linen to laundry.
• Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
• Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, canned juices. Restock food deliveries as needed
• Sweeps dining room as required, prepares condiments, and rolls silverware.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Institutional food service background desired but not required. Orientation, regulatory training and on-the-job training provided.
