Job summary

Juniper Communities in Monroeville, PA is seeking part-time Care Aides to support memory care residents. Shifts include 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am, with daily pay options and immediate hiring. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and be part of a compassionate, inclusive team.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; CNA is optional. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and you will join a culture that values diversity, growth, and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years memory care experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification optional.
• Caregiving: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, communication).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – (Optional)
