Job summary

The Opal at Bluewater Bay is seeking a Resident Associate to provide direct support to residents with daily living needs, promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe changes in health, support meal service, and adhere to infection control and documentation standards to ensure a safe, caring environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Commitment to resident safety, respect, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
