Job summary

Opal Senior Living is seeking a Resident Associate to provide direct support to residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe changes in residents' condition, and support meals, hydration, and engagement in routines, all while maintaining infection control and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, service-focused support that encourages independence whenever possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition.
