Job summary

Opal Senior Living in New York State is seeking a compassionate Resident Associate to assist residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, safety, and quality of life in a supportive community.

You will observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, support meals and hydration, and help document care events while upholding infection control and confidentiality within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
