Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Resident Assistant for day shift every other weekend. You will provide tenants with high quality direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of the licensed nurse and the clinical manager, following the care plan and quality standards to promote comfort, safety and independence.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Work as part of the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and well-being.
• Assist with following the Plan of Care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.
• Potentially assist with medication administration after training.
