Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Resident Assistant for a part-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM) to support tenants with daily living activities. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and the Clinical Manager to follow the care plan and uphold quality standards across Monarch’s Minnesota facilities.

The role involves direct care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and potential to grow into other positions within Monarch’s network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine direct care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Be part of the interdisciplinary care team to promote residents’ independence and wellbeing.
• Support medication administration as trained and directed by nursing leadership.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and dignified living environment for tenants.
