Vibrant Life Senior Living - Temperance is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care in our warm senior living community. You’ll help residents with daily living activities, maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, compassion, strong communication and teamwork, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of general caregiving or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities with dignity and independence.
• Provide compassionate care following established care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
