Vibrant Life Senior Living - Temperance is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care in our warm senior living community. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents with dignity, and help create a home-like environment that promotes independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in senior care or dementia care preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-focused mindset.

• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities
