Job summary

Vibrant Life Senior Living - Temperance seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care in a welcoming community. You will help residents with daily living activities while fostering dignity, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior care or dementia care preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents with dementia with individualized, respectful care.
• Encourage independence and maintain daily routines.
• Monitor resident safety and report concerns promptly.
• Assist during meals and support social activities.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and care plans.
