Job summary

Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring a Part-Time Resident Assistant to join the Personal Care team. You will help residents with daily living activities and support their independence in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Shifts are 7a–3p and 3p–11p; hourly range is $16.50–$18 based on experience. US High School Diploma is required, CNA or caregiving experience preferred. Join us to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team!

Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Now Hiring Part Time 7a-3p and 3p-11p

Hourly range $16.50 - $18 depending on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• US High School Diploma
