Job summary

Careview Transitional Care of Weston in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant for the day shift (6a–6p) to support residents in our Assisted Living community. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Experience in caregiving is preferred; STNA/CNA certification is welcome but not required. Join a patient, team‑oriented team dedicated to putting people first.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or senior care experience preferred.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care.
• Full-time 6 AM – 6 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Respond to resident call lights and requests.
