Job summary

Relavix Health Group is hiring a full-time Resident Assistant for Weston, WI. This role covers night shifts (10p-6a) and day shifts (2p-10p) with responsibilities including assisting residents with daily activities, meals, and safety in a supportive living environment.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, teamwork skills, and mobility assistance ability. STNA/CNA certification is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth within a people-first team.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or senior care experience preferred.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and dependable with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with evening routines and preparation for bedtime.
