Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

You will log notes, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with nursing staff. Eligible applicants must be 18+, hold a Florida CNA license (preferred), CPR, and a HS diploma or GED. Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays only.

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely.

• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe.

Earn up to $19.00–$20.50 an hour working Saturdays and Sundays only as a Resident Assistant at Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee.

What You'll Do

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
• Watch for changes in how a resident is doing and report them to the nursing staff right away
• Spend real time with residents, not just tasks, checking in and keeping them company
• Write down completed care and shift notes so the next team has what they need
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Florida CNA License, preferred
• CPR Certification

• Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.50/hour base pay
• Plus $4.00/hour weekend differential for qualifying weekend hours worked, for an effective $19.00–$20.50/hour
