Four Winds Manor and Lodge Inc. in Verona, Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a safe, professional setting.

You will help residents with ADLs, ensure a clean and safe environment, and contribute to their well-being during the AM shift, with occasional PM/NOC opportunities. The role requires a compassionate demeanor, strong communication skills, and a CBRF certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate/License: Must be CBRF certified.
• Work Experience: Prefer experience working with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living to support independence and comfort.
