Four Winds SeniorLiving is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care in a safe, respectful environment.

You will assist with ADLs, help maintain a clean, safe facility, and contribute to residents' comfort and well-being. Previous experience with older adults, particularly dementia care or rehab, is advantageous.
