Green Lea Senior Living is seeking a dependable PRN Resident Assistant for The Meadows of Mabel in Mabel, MN. You will assist residents with daily activities and provide companionship on an as-needed basis, covering varying shifts as the community needs support.

About the Role

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a dependable PRN Resident Assistant at The Meadows of Mabel. You'll help residents with daily living and companionship on an as-needed basis, covering a mix of shifts when the community needs extra support. This is an entry-level healthcare role, and We'll train caring people who are ready to learn. Most applicants hear back within 48 hours.

What You’ll Do

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while supporting their independence and dignity
• Build real relationships with residents and offer companionship and emotional support
• Watch for changes in residents' health and report concerns to the nursing staff
• Encourage residents to join social activities and help build a sense of community
• Keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable

What You’ll Need

• Ability to work varying shifts and pick up shifts as needed
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Must be at least 18 years old
