Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Detroit Lakes, MN seeks a Resident Assistant to provide direct personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support in a home-like setting. You will build meaningful connections with residents, monitor wellbeing with the care team, and assist with meals and light housekeeping.

Flexible shifts are offered, with opportunities for growth; no mandated shifts beyond your schedule, and comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• As many applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Under 18 may be considered only if CNA license is held.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assist daily activities while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications as needed.
• Foster connections and build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Monitor residents’ well-being with the care team and support their emotional health.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs; perform homemaking duties.

As a Resident Assistant, you will:

• Resident Cares: Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity. Administering with daily medications.

Schedule & Compensation

Shifts: Flexible shifts, including

• AM's 6:30a-2:30p
• PM's 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• NOC's 10:30p-6:30 with rotating weekends.

Wages: Up to $21/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
