The RA collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, supports basic nursing tasks, and helps tenants maintain independence while promoting dignity and safety.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to the Service Plan and Nursing Assistant standards, and respectful interaction with residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in long-term care or assisted living.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsabilités

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Support basic nursing, personal care and restorative services.
• Contribute to the tenants' physical, mental and psychosocial well-being within the Service Plan.
