Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, meals, and personal care. • Must represent the community in a positive and professional manner.
• Must attend and complete all required in-services and staff meetings.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain resident apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to calls or emergencies.
• Assist residents to dining room and to activities.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Report resident status and any concerns to appropriate staff.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.

Job Description

The Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents of the community.
