Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Mount Juliet, TN seeks a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide daily living assistance, support activities, and housekeeping in a community setting. You will respond to calls, help with meals and mobility, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Approved Personal Care Aide program completion required per state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• Contributes to the nursing team and follows supervisor instructions.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors and co-workers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, push or carry 25 lbs and transfer residents safely.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; flexible weekends/holidays.
