What You'll Do:
  • Personal Care Assistance: Support residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and dignity.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor residents for distress or emergencies, follow safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of care activities and changes in condition.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the nursing team and other staff.
  • Resident Engagement: Plan and participate in recreational and social activities tailored to residents' interests.
  • Maintain Privacy: Respect residents' confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
What You Bring:

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

The role involves working mainly within the assisted living unit, with physical activities including standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and assisting residents with transfers. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
