Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide hands-on support to residents in our community. This on-call role requires you to work at least three shifts per month, with shifts at 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2 p.m.–10:30 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6:30 a.m., and pay range of $18.50–$23.65 per hour.

You'll help with daily activities, meals, mobility, and social activities while maintaining a safe, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or similar role preferred but not required.
• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification preferred and may be required for some levels.
• Pass a state background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Resident Assistant At Vivie, You Will
