Position: Resident Assistant
Location: Riverview Landing - Otsego, MN
Salary Range: $22 - $25.75/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift Differential: $1/Hour – Evening Shift, $2/hour – Overnight (NOC) Shift

Position Summary:
Resident Assistants provide personal care and household services to residents. This role assists residents to maintain their own apartments who cannot manage entirely on their own due to illness, cognitive defects, or disability. They maintain resident’s personal dignity, self-respect, and safety at all times. Supports and implements all safety practices. Services are provided in accordance with the mission of Guardian Angels.
