We are seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team at Havenwood of Richfield. Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy.
2. Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging eating.
3. Complete and document shift assignments; report incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, Department Heads, and the Director of Resident Services.
5. Provide activities as planned or directed.
6. Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. One year of experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
