WesleyLife is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents at our Bettendorf, IA community. This role focuses on medication administration, daily living assistance, and health monitoring to promote independence and well-being.

You will work full-time on the 3rd shift (32 hours per week) in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include accurately administering medications, helping residents with grooming, dressing, and meals, and documenting care activities while ensuring

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication).
• Must pass online Medication Manager course within 90 days of employment
• 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience
