Western Home Communities seeks a caring Resident Assistant/Medication Manager for our Assisted Living facility. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and support medication duties upon certification.

The role requires CNA licensure in Iowa and a willingness to obtain a Medication Manager certificate. We offer a laid-back work environment with a strong team culture, flexible PTO, education support, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to obtain a Medication Manager certificate.
• Current active license to practice as a CNA in Iowa.
• Strong commitment to serving others.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and the team.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene tasks.
• Help with organizing, cleaning, laundry, meals and other tasks.
• Promptly answer calls for assistance and document interactions.
