Job summary

Victory Programs is seeking a Low Threshold Housing Resident Assistant in Boston to support residents, staff, and daily operations of the program. The role reports to the Program Director and requires on-site work Sunday through Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, with a full-time 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with compassion.
• Strong written and oral communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residence in good repair, orderliness, and safety.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures and foster a healthy community.
• Document observations, incidents, and resident engagements accurately.
• Support daily office and administrative functions ( Filing, answering calls, record-keeping).
• Engage in relationship building and crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Conduct safety, security, and wellness rounds per schedule.
• Collaborate with the team to provide client-centered services.
