Home Again Assisted Living Inc is hiring Resident Assistants to provide kind, compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. This role supports daily living activities, meals, and mobility, with a focus on dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.

• Support meals, dining, and mobility needs; assist with transfers as needed.
• Offer reminders for meals and activities and respond to call lights promptly.
• Engage residents in meaningful life enrichment activities.

What You'll Do:

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges
• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Must be 16 years or older
