Job summary

Holland Home in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents at Breton Woods. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and respond to residents’ needs with empathy.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of direct care experience, English proficiency, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds. Background checks, health screenings, and weekend/holiday rotations are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, and receive an annual flu shot.
