Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Waunakee, Wisconsin, is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, caring home for residents. You’ll help with daily activities, meals, mobility, and personal care while fostering a respectful, supportive environment.

• Support the team to keep the community running smoothly.

• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:00p

What You'll Do

Every Day, You'll Make a Difference By

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
