Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We offer part-time or full-time roles with day, evening, and night shifts to fit your schedule.

Join our team to provide compassionate care, support daily activities, and help residents enjoy meals and life enrichment programs in a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offer friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Support the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do
