Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents and support daily living activities. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including AM, PM, and overnight options, with competitive pay and benefits.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do

Every Day, You'll Make a Difference By

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
