Job summary

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn by Kisco Senior Living provides compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and supporting independence in a welcoming, safe environment.

This role offers Full Time or Part Time schedules (2p-10p) with a base rate of $17.75-$18.25/hr plus an evening differential of $1.50/hr, a $2000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including paid vacation and health plans.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA or PCA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service.

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care.

• $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months **

Schedules Full Time & Part Time 2p-10p

Resident Assistant (RA)

• Base Rate $17.75 - $18.25/hr
• Evening Shift Differential +$1.50/hr
