Responsibilities:

1. Support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment.
2. Provide observation and documentation of resident care.
3. Assist with onboarding new associates.
4. Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training and competencies.
5. Manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Prioritize tasks independently.
7. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
8. Read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
