Resident Assistant - PT Morning Float - Highview Hills

Join us at Vivie as a Resident Assistant - PT Morning Float - Highview Hills. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and proactive individual to provide exceptional care and support to residents.

Schedule: 6am to 12pm | Part Time

At Vivie, we value our team and offer a competitive pay range of $17.40/hr to $23.65/hr. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive environment, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
  • Encourage engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
  • Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks to promote a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
  • Welcome new residents and assist their transition into the community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure quality care.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Clear, compassionate communication skills.
  • Commitment to service excellence and integrity.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • MN or WI CNA certification (preferred and may be required).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
