As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the center of what we do best—caring for our residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships and assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting residents with daily living activities and maintaining their personal environment.
2. Providing observation and documentation.
3. Assisting with onboarding of new Associates.
4. Completing and maintaining assigned medication administration training and competencies.
5. Managing multiple priorities and prioritizing tasks independently.
6. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
7. Maintaining BLS Certification.
