Job summary

Illuminus in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for senior living to support daily activities and promote safety and engagement for residents. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist with everyday tasks to help residents maintain independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, communicating with residents and families, documenting services, and following care plans and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Provides resident-centered care according to service plans and RN direction.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families and staff; monitors status.
• Documents services accurately and follows safety and training requirements.
• Supports scheduling to ensure adequate resident care coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered care according to service plans and direction from the RN Care Coordinator.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff; monitors resident status and promptly reports changes or concerns.
• Accurately documents services and follows safety, standard precautions, body mechanics, and scope-of-training requirements.
• Completes required training and assists with scheduling to ensure adequate resident care coverage while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
