Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under nursing supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assist with mobility.
• Encourage participation in activities and family involvement.
• Record vitals and monitor resident health changes.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional balance.
• Maintain infection control and proper hand hygiene.
• Explain procedures to residents before performing them.
